The pool, beach, and facilities were beautiful. Friendly staff and well-organized resort. Nice selection of restaurants and entertainment. Pretty hotel with a great barman at Gabi Beach.

The Paradisus exceeded our expectations and more. The staff were extremely hospitable, friendly, and sensitive to our needs. Our Butler, Jandri, catered to our every need. The rooms were extravagant, clean, and housekeeping did impeccably on a daily basis. The food served at each restaurant was high quality cuisine. The pool and beaches were clean beyond belief and staff were always available to assist with a smile.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were able to easily park our car and the transportation options within the resort were convenient. The location of the hotel in all areas that we visited, from the restaurants down by the beach to the off-resort seafood restaurant, was excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at a beautiful resort in Punta Cana for 6 days. The rooms were spacious and the beach was amazing, perfect for kids too. The resort never felt crowded, even at 90% occupancy. The staff, especially Rosemary, Mikey Mike, Ramon, Luis. The resort offered a variety of restaurants, and I highly recommend trying the Passion. it was a great experience, especially for a family vacation.

The location of the Gabi beach restaurant for dinner was great, with a lovely view of the ocean. the selection of fresh fruit was amazing at the buffet breakfast. the cabanas at the beach were clean and well-maintained.

The room decor was dated and in need of a renovation.

The beach was beautiful and pristine. The food offered was diverse and the wait staff were friendly and helpful. The complimentary shuttle service made it easy to get around town.

The room was very outdated and had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was noisy and not very effective.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities, such as a luxurious Spa & wellness centre where we enjoyed a relaxing massage and used the sauna and Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool is stunning, well-maintained, and has plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area is beautiful, offering guests a peaceful environment. the restaurant's buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious and varied.

We had a minor complaint about the service: some staff members seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic. this issue was insignificant compared to the many luxurious needs this hotel fulfilled.

This hotel is an oasis of luxury and relaxation. the staff is professional and attentive, meeting our every need. We enjoyed the exclusive amenities like the spa centre with the sauna and outdoor swimming pool, and the jacuzzi in our room was perfect for relaxing. the beach access was a bonus, as were the sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area was beautifully landscaped and added to the relaxed atmosphere of the venue. the poolside snack bar and beach bar were well-stocked. We loved the buffet breakfast and the private facilities were exclusive and well-maintained.

Our only minor issue was with the dinner reservations. We had trouble securing a reservation at the popular restaurants, but the staff was able to accommodate us at the last minute.
